Course Description

Strong Nation is a revolutionary 50-minute, high-intensity, full-body workout where every single cardio and muscle-conditioning move is perfectly synced to original music. So instead of counting reps, you train to the beat, pushing past your limits and torching more calories to reach total body transformation. This class is for all fitness levels, we start at a base level and will progress throughout the term together.

Please wear comfortable clothing & workout shoes.  Bring a yoga mat, sweat towel, and water.

Workout gloves optional but recommended.

Class begins on October 5, 2024.
