Course Description

Want to stand out to employers? This course teaches you how to market yourself, covering networking, resume writing, job applications, and crafting strong cover letters. You’ll also learn key skills for success in today’s workplace, including business basics and technical know-how. As part of the course, you’ll take the Southwest Airlines Communication Certification exam, which shows you have the skills to communicate well, think critically, and work with others—valuable for any job. The first class meets in person, and all others are online.
