Course Description

This 50-minute course is designed for all fitness levels. Beginners are welcome! Classes will have a range of students, and teacher will offer modifications throughout instruction.  In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals of this course, as students make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion through the emphasis of repetition, simplicity and ease of motion. 

Practice on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring yoga mat and water.
